Before you book
Everything you need to know before you pick up a board.
How long can I rent for?
Anything from one hour to three days, in half-hour steps. You pick the pickup and the return time when you book, and you pay for exactly that.
Is there a deposit?
Some boards carry one, and it's shown before you book. Nothing is charged or held up front. Only if the board comes back damaged can the instructor charge the card you paid with, up to that amount.
Where do I pick it up?
At the beach where the instructor works. After you book, you'll see the spot and their number, and they'll be there at the time you chose.
What if my plans change?
Cancel any time before pickup for a full refund, then book again when you know your new time.
