Before you book
How far in advance should I book?
The best instructors’ mornings fill first, especially November through April. A few days ahead usually works; book earlier for dawn-patrol slots or groups.
What if I’ve never surfed before?
Most guides in Los Cabos teach first-timers. Filter by Beginner and you’ll see who does, at waves like Cerritos and Old Man’s.
What’s included in the price?
Each offering says what’s included. Most lessons cover the board, leash and rash guard. The price you see is the price you pay.
What happens after I book?
Your guide messages you beforehand to sort the board, the meeting spot and the best time for the conditions.
What happens if the waves are flat?
Your guide watches the forecast and coordinates with you beforehand. If conditions turn, they move the session to a better spot or time.
Can I book for a group or family?
Yes. Each offering shows how many people it covers, and several instructors run group and family sessions with extra coaches. For a bigger crew, book back-to-back sessions.
