Before you book
Do I need any experience?
No. Most sessions welcome complete beginners — filter by level and your instructor adapts the session to you.
Where do sessions happen?
Mostly on the beach, and many instructors come to your hotel or rental. You agree on the exact spot with your instructor after booking.
What should I bring?
Each listing spells out what's included. Most instructors bring mats and equipment; you bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes.
Can I book for two people or a small group?
Yes. Each listing shows how many people it covers, and prices are shown per person.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message your instructor and they'll find a time that works. Plans move around on vacation — instructors here know that.
